My grandfather was a musicologist and conductor in Germany, my father performed in a symphony orchestra for over 25 years, and my aunt directed a music conservatory for 30 years. We can work on sound production, breathing, embouchure, articulation, finger technique, intonation, musical phrasing, and repertoire. For more advanced students, lessons can also focus on orchestral excerpts, audition preparation, solo repertoire, and developing greater confidence and consistency in performance. I believe that good technique should help you play more naturally and expressively, rather than make playing feel complicated. I therefore pay close attention to finding efficient and comfortable solutions for each student, while encouraging them to develop their own sound and musical ideas.
