About Me

Doctorant en microbiologie et biotechnologie des aliments à l’Université Nangui Abrogoua d’Abidjan, en partenariat avec le CIRAD de Montpellier. Ses recherches portent sur la valorisation du cacao et l’optimisation des procédés post-récolte pour améliorer la qualité et la durabilité des produits dérivés. Parallèlement, il poursuit un Bachelor européen en Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement (QSE) à ENACO, ce qui lui confère une double compétence scientifique et managériale.
