Bharatanatyam is a journey that demands discipline, and I understand what it takes to reconnect with movement as an adult in a way that is also joyful, meaningful, and rewarding. In my class, I will take you through the fundamentals (dance theory, technique (adavus, hasthas, bedas etc), and history), while supporting you with a sustained and safe practice. I will also teach choreography to supplement your technique practice and inspire you to feel natural with the Bharatanatyam style and performance.
