I'm a very entertaining teacher and it's all about having fun and exercising. You will gain muscle without realising how much exercise you are doing! I have been teaching and performing for 10 years and absolutely love sharing my passion with others. It's not about being a good dancer, it's about feeling the music and enjoying the moves and atmosphere so you can totally relax and focus on yourself for an hour!!
