Ballet class (Vaganova School), audition and contest preparation for intermediate and advanced studentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations. My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly. It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible. My schedule is flexible, so the table below may not include all possible hours for our class. Write to me and indicate your preferences. I will answer you as soon as possible! Very soon you will see the summer offer. Believe me, it will be wonderful! Save my page or write me a short message - "Summer Ballet Classes". You will be the first to receive information and priority for booking summer classes.

Argentinian tango. CAUSE AND EFFECT. Communication in dance as a tool in relationships.Translate this text using Google Translate.

📌It doesn't always take two for things to work... To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence! I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects. There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗 Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅 ❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask? I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form. We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance. With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩 Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️ Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.

I’d like to sincerely thank Elena for helping my 9-year-old daughter prepare for her audition, which she successfully passed. Elena’s strong focus on proper technique, alignment, and foundational training, combined with her keen attention to detail, made a tremendous difference in a short period of time. What stood out even more was Elena’s kind, supportive, and encouraging teaching style. She helped restore my daughter’s confidence and belief in her own abilities at a time when her self-esteem had been shaken by previous experiences. Elena creates an environment where young dancers feel both challenged and valued, and the positive impact she has had on my daughter extends far beyond ballet technique. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, expertise, and genuine care.

Victoria is an efficient, communicative and professional teacher. After one lesson I felt ready to commit to a regular schedule studying Ukrainian. Would recommend

Only a few lessons in, but already very impressed. Carla is professional, sets clear goals, and runs well-structured sessions.
