Vinyasa Flow Yoga + Breathwork + Emotional BalanceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga + Breathwork + Emotional BalanceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

You will learn how to flow with good alignment between postures, how to beautify your practice while taking care of your health and increasing your energy level, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style that uses the structure of the different sun salutations to connect body, mind and spirit, including different yoga postures to the sound of music. In addition, in the sessions you will learn breathing exercises with which to free yourself from stress and anxiety and different techniques to learn to harmonize your emotions. About me: 🔹 What is the class structure? 🔹 We will start with an initial warm-up or intro of the class, then we will begin to introduce Vinyasa, to which we will include different asanas/postures explaining the correct alignment. We will explain the step by step between postures, how to breathe and flow correctly. In the sequence we will include flexion, extension, twisting, force, traction, lateralization, balance and inversion postures. To finish or during the practice we will include breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises. You will have tips to build the self-practice that your body and mind need so that after the process you will know how to practice without always needing the guidance of an experienced teacher. If it is of interest to you, I will be able to explain concepts of Yoga, Buddhism and ancient Mesoamerican cultures and their connection with this self-knowledge tool from more than 3000 years ago. 🔹 Who are the classes for? 🔹 The classes are adapted to all bodies and levels. Your age doesn't matter. We can all practice Yoga! 🔸 About me 🔸 I have taught all kinds of people with very varied physical conditions, very agitated minds and initiated and advanced meditators. My classes are online and face-to-face multilevel, both beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis and yoginis have improved their skills thanks to the classes. Hip-Hop Dance Lessons: Foundations, Grooves, Freestyle & ConfidenceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hip-Hop Dance Lessons: Foundations, Grooves, Freestyle & ConfidenceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I teach hip-hop dance with a strong focus on foundations, grooves, musicality, coordination, and freestyle. Rather than only learning choreography and copying movements, my goal is to help students understand how their body moves, develop strong fundamentals, and eventually find their own individual style. Classes usually begin with a warm-up followed by foundation and groove training. We spend time drilling movements to build muscle memory, rhythm, coordination, and confidence. I also use short routines and combinations to help students apply what they have learned, but the main focus is developing the skills to dance independently, create variations, and freestyle to different types of music. Students can work on: Hip-Hop foundations and grooves Musicality and rhythm Coordination and body control Freestyle skills Creating variations from basic movements Confidence and personal style Short choreography and combinations Preparation for freestyle sessions or dance battles I have 4 years of dance teaching experience and have taught both group classes and private lessons in dance studio settings. I work with children, teenagers, and adults, from age 4 to 18+, and I am comfortable teaching complete beginners as well as students with previous dance experience. My classes are energetic, supportive, and confidence-building. I want students to feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and discovering how they personally like to move instead of feeling that there is only one “correct” way to dance. Private and group lessons are available in Valencia, Spain. Classes can be taught in English or Mandarin Chinese.

“ Would highly recommend! I have not done stretching before, so was not sure what to expect. Doing my 7th class now and will certainly continue. My flexibility has improved significantly already after a few classes. Ievgen is very experienced - he knows just how demanding to make the classes - so it’s effective, but still comfortable. Also he is a great motivator :) What I did not expect is that I also feel so much better generally, can do other sports better (kickboxing for me) and feel like it’s great for injury prevention. So all in all, a really great coach and a really great activity! ”

“ Our session with Marta was excellent. She was punctual, beautifully dressed, explained and demonstrated the dance very well and made it fun too. We all loved it and would thoroughly recommend Marta ”

“ It was a joy to see how Jessica got our son excited about to trying new gymnastics moves and she new instantly how to encourage him. Great session all together. ”
