I offer English classes adapted to the age, level, pace and objectives of each student, both for those starting from scratch and for those who want to improve their conversation, pronunciation, comprehension or recover English that they have not practiced for a while. My method is based primarily on a communicative and progressive immersion approach. The idea is to use English from the beginning, always adapting to your level, and gradually reduce the need to mentally translate every word or phrase. If you encounter an unfamiliar word, before resorting directly to a translation, we'll try to understand it through context, synonyms, examples, images, gestures, or simple explanations in English. This way, you'll learn to use your existing knowledge to get by even when you don't know every word. The classes can combine conversation, listening comprehension, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar applied to real-life situations, always depending on what you want to achieve. With children and teenagers we can also work on school support, homework, exam preparation and reinforcement, incorporating games, images and more dynamic activities when appropriate. With adults we can focus the classes on conversation, travel, work, everyday situations, pronunciation, fluency, starting from scratch or recovering English after a time without using it. My goal is to create a space where you can practice without fear of making mistakes and where you can gradually understand more, translate less, and communicate more naturally and confidently.

Hello, I'm a preschool teacher, specialized in working with kids from 2-5 years old. In italy I taught the EYFS curriculum for about two years and it was just so satisfying seeing how italian children could pick up a second language so quickly and put it to use even between peers. In the meantime, I also gave private English lessons to adults/seniors and to a small group of children, teaching through active games and activities. Currently, I'm a teacher at an International school here in Mallorca and I'm very passionate about teaching life values (kindness, respect, honesty, good communication ecc.) and working on social and emotional development in Early Years. I'm also doing a course to teach Yoga and mindfullness to children, which could be another fun way to learn English. I'm available for both individual lessons and small group lessons. For adults, depending on the level and need, we can arrange courses that focus more on grammar and writing or more conversational lessons to enhance the speaking level. As for children, I can either babysit in English, which means just caring for the child (picking up from school, preparing snack, taking to the park ecc.) speaking only in English or, I can arrange lessons of an hour, where we alternate different games and activities.
