Having TOEFL preparation books or materials is helpful however not necessary, there are a lot of free resources online that I personally used to practice and that we can revisit during this preparation.

I can not give a specific number of sessions after which you will be ready, but when you feel like it’s enough and you are ready, or when I feel it we can just stop and watch you get that perfect score.
