PRO GUITARIST // QUALIFIED TEACHER Modern guitar lessons [Blues, Rock, Pop, Metal] + Recording/Composing/Mixing/Mastering

PRO GUITARIST // QUALIFIED TEACHER Modern guitar lessons [Blues, Rock, Pop, Metal] + Recording/Composing/Mixing/Mastering

Pro guitarist, composer/producer for my group Cartoon Theory and in my name, and live session, I offer personalized lessons according to the musical tastes and the level of the student. The long-term goal is for the student to become independent and acquire a good methodology allowing them to achieve their goals. I propose different areas of work such as: - The pure technique of the instrument (back and forth exercises, tapping, sweeping, scales, positioning of the hands on the neck, endurance, etc.) - Practice where one or more pieces will be played, from one lesson to another in the student's desired style, and depending on the level. - improvisation, therefore the acquisition of vocabulary (licks/plans) in order to be able to express oneself on accompaniments in all styles, and in different contexts, and make the link with theory. - recording: depending on your ambitions, I can give advice on how to record yourself at home independently, whether it is practical or material. - mixing in a home studio, to be able to create mixes yourself, understand concepts and processes for mixes in different styles. - Composition: Having composed for different projects, I can teach the different ways of composing although it is relatively personal. - Possibility of intensive COURSES over several days. Prices will vary depending on the options chosen (intensive course, home lessons, etc.) V

Would you like to learn how to produce, mix and enhance the sound of your own music? With over 20 years of experience as an audio engineer, I am also a composer, musician and music producer. I offer personalised lessons in audio production and sound engineering, sharing my knowledge and experience to help you develop your skills. Each lesson is tailored to your level, goals and musical interests. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced learner, a singer, musician, beatmaker or simply passionate about music, I will guide you through the essential techniques needed to understand sound, improve your productions and develop the skills required to achieve the results you are looking for. The lessons are based on a practical, step-by-step approach, mainly using Cubase, but also other software depending on your preferences and needs, such as Pro Tools, Ableton Live or other digital audio workstations (DAW). Topics covered during the lessons. The fundamentals of sound and audio: Understanding frequencies, volume, dynamics, phase and the essential principles of audio processing. Music production: Exploring the different stages of creating a track, organising your audio projects and learning how to work efficiently in Cubase. Vocal and instrument mixing: Working with equalisation, compression, reverb, delay and other audio processing tools to achieve clear, balanced vocals and well-integrated instruments. Electronic music production: Discovering production techniques, sound design, effects and arrangement techniques to build a cohesive track. Audio mixing: Learning how to balance the different elements of a track, manage frequencies and dynamics, and create depth, clarity and cohesion in your mix. Mastering: Understanding the final stages of audio processing, refining the overall balance of a track and preparing a final version suited to its intended use. Critical listening and sound analysis: Developing your ear, identifying mixing issues and learning to make more precise technical and creative decisions. Lessons tailored to your level and projects. Everyone has different goals, so I adapt the content of each session to your individual needs. We can start with the basics, explore a specific technique in greater depth or work directly on one of your own projects to put what you learn into practice. The aim is to help you understand the tools you use, develop your listening skills and gradually become more independent and confident in your work. Whether you want to record and mix vocals or instruments, produce electronic music, improve your tracks or explore mastering techniques, my lessons will give you practical knowledge and help you progress at your own pace. ABLETON LIVE - Music Production Course - Sound Design - from A to Z

ABLETON LIVE - Music Production Course - Sound Design - from A to Z

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, the workflow of an artistic or creative project requires certain knowledge, and I'm here to fill in the gaps. To guide you, inform you, and support you in your creative process. Today, you can do almost anything with a computer, from a simple demo to a highly polished professional production. There are tricks, tips, and specific ways of working for each project that many people don't know. I'm here to teach you, from A to Z, all the techniques, basic and advanced, of this wonderful software for creation, sound design, and production: Ableton Live. I have been working intensively with Ableton Live for over 20 years. I have been a professional musician and producer for over 20 years with several tours and albums to my credit. I want to share my knowledge with those who are eager to learn. Or simply to awaken the music lover within you, but also to introduce younger generations to music. From beginner to expert, there is always, at some point, a need for outside help. And that's where I come in! I don't have a pre-established lesson plan, I adapt to each student. It is very scalable, depending on the abilities of each person. Some examples of points that we could understand: - initiation via Ableton Live. Help with making a song, a groove, a mix. - Record your own creations... - To know tips for working in better conditions. - Creation and explanation of a template / working model which will facilitate your task, afterwards. - What are plugins? - ITB Mixer (Into the Box). - Sound design / sound design work. - Creating your own sounds, working, composing with external machines... - I help you create your own effects and instrument racks. -An introduction to MaxForLive is also possible. The workshops are 2 hours long to allow enough time to grasp the various concepts and concrete examples. You will have access, via a download link, to the video session we worked on, a .pdf file with several links related to the session covered that day (free samples, free m4L files, links to interesting videos, etc.) Do not hesitate to contact me for more information, see you soon!

“ Anders was able to assess my level and what I want to learn and adapted the lesson and material accordingly. It's easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of ideas to make it challenging enough to want to practise, but not too hard to follow. The experience was overall nice and enriching. The studio is well equipped and I liked the fact that he uses modern tools to send documents and tabs instead of paper. I definetly recommend. ”

“ Marloes does an excellent job of understanding the student's needs and goals. Always attentive during the lessons, she provides clear/targeted feedback on areas of improvement and actively listens to your singing. Most importantly, she creates a comfortable/safe environment to experiment with your voice. As a beginner in singing, I highly recommend anyone who wants to get started singing to take lessons with her! ”

“ Nicola is just what I was looking for in a flute teacher. Strong foundation in classical techniques, but also an excellent grasp of jazz techniques. And very easy to communicate with. ”
