From 54 £ /h

Would you like to learn how to produce, mix and enhance the sound of your own music?

With over 20 years of experience as an audio engineer, I am also a composer, musician and music producer. I offer personalised lessons in audio production and sound engineering, sharing my knowledge and experience to help you develop your skills. Each lesson is tailored to your level, goals and musical interests.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced learner, a singer, musician, beatmaker or simply passionate about music, I will guide you through the essential techniques needed to understand sound, improve your productions and develop the skills required to achieve the results you are looking for.

The lessons are based on a practical, step-by-step approach, mainly using Cubase, but also other software depending on your preferences and needs, such as Pro Tools, Ableton Live or other digital audio workstations (DAW).

Topics covered during the lessons.

The fundamentals of sound and audio: Understanding frequencies, volume, dynamics, phase and the essential principles of audio processing.
Music production: Exploring the different stages of creating a track, organising your audio projects and learning how to work efficiently in Cubase.
Vocal and instrument mixing: Working with equalisation, compression, reverb, delay and other audio processing tools to achieve clear, balanced vocals and well-integrated instruments.
Electronic music production: Discovering production techniques, sound design, effects and arrangement techniques to build a cohesive track.
Audio mixing: Learning how to balance the different elements of a track, manage frequencies and dynamics, and create depth, clarity and cohesion in your mix.
Mastering: Understanding the final stages of audio processing, refining the overall balance of a track and preparing a final version suited to its intended use.
Critical listening and sound analysis: Developing your ear, identifying mixing issues and learning to make more precise technical and creative decisions.

Lessons tailored to your level and projects.

Everyone has different goals, so I adapt the content of each session to your individual needs. We can start with the basics, explore a specific technique in greater depth or work directly on one of your own projects to put what you learn into practice.

The aim is to help you understand the tools you use, develop your listening skills and gradually become more independent and confident in your work.

Whether you want to record and mix vocals or instruments, produce electronic music, improve your tracks or explore mastering techniques, my lessons will give you practical knowledge and help you progress at your own pace.

I look forward to introducing you to the possibilities of sound and helping you develop your own approach to audio production!
