I was an in-school tutor during 2016-2017. This was part of a gap year program that enabled me to work in several schools across Greater Manchester. In 2017, I start working as a private tutor after enjoying my time helping students learn in the classroom. With the student, I am able to provide flexibility that means we can work on both short term and long term goals that the student is working towards. Therefore, my approach will defer student to student. I favour starting with the basics and building a solid foundation to progress. However, some students prefer to be exam focused.
