Trusted teacher: I offer lessons in Classical music theory at all levels - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Whether you're struggling with the basics, or want to take what you already know to the next level, I'll adapt our lessons to your needs and guide you through what you need to make it. Trained in Classical and Early music, and having studied performance in harpsichord, organ, piano, classical and electric guitar, I've also studied chamber music composition and electroacoustic composition. A passionate learner myself, I have recently graduated with a Masters from the Hochschule für Musik Basel in Specialized Performance (Improvisation). These diverse experiences are necessarily integrated into what I teach and how. In my theory classes we’ll look at the fundamentals of rhythm, pitch, solfège, intervals, key signatures, cadences, and other important groundwork whose rigorous study we can then apply to real-life examples of music, helping you acquire a sharper analytical ear.
