Greetings! I am a chess coach at the Uxbridge Chess Club in West London and I currently coach kids and teenagers who are looking into improving their game skills. With an ECF ELO score of 1800, I particularly enjoy going through the strategy and tactics surrounding chess, as well as the psychology of the player, which is often deemed to play a crucial role in the outcome of a game. When coaching, I always employ a player-focused strategy. Indeed, I believe that the most efficient way to learn is by letting the individual discover their strengths and potential. To succeed in Fine Art, we need to open our ways of thinking. Oftentimes, we can feel stuck, lost or uninspired. In this class, I will teach you how to move forward in these moments; how to produce a healthy momentum in yourself to find excitement in your projects and push through them to the finishing point. Fine Art is unlike any subject in that it really comes from the individual. There is no "right way", but if there is no discernible path, where do we go? I can show you how to tap into your inner artist and create and move through projects with a self-direction that will build your confidence, ignite passion and open unlimited ways to express yourself regardless of technical ability. Is there a project you are currently working on that you are stuck with? Are you feeling uninspired in your art journey and want some new life injected into it? Is your confidence in your abilities low? Do you feel you are wasting your time with art but you really love it when you are doing it? Are you studying and repeatedly getting similar feedback/marks but are unsure how to take it to the next level? I can help you.
