Therefore, I am inviting to my tutorial classes, where online or in person, on beginner or advanced level, you will meet and learn the basic and most important skills of Drawing and Painting systematically through observation and references. You will practice and experiment to fully master a medium or a technique, will support your practice with Art and Colour theory, Perspective, and History of Art, in order to start easily drawing yourself, interpreting a favourite scene or a subject on a paper or canvas, and will create you diverse and appealing collection of artworks with attention, imagination, and excitement.

Watercolour made easy is for everyone who wants to learn from sketch or who has experience and want to develop your skills further. I'm an experienced and award winning artist, passionated about watercolour. Here, I'm combining both my passions to share it with you! In this class, you'll learn how to use the brush to draw beautiful flowers, plants and (self-)portraits, from 'wet on dry' to 'wet on wet' techniques. The later is a technique that uses wet paint against wet paint or wet paper to create beautiful bleeds and blooms, allowing the watercolour paint to spread and blend. The results can be astonishing! I am an RCA MA Painting graduate, and I have a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art from Westminster University, and a Foundation diploma in Art & Design from the University for the Creative Arts. I am a practicing artist based in London, specializing in painting, and I have been showing my work nationally and internationally. My recent solo show was at Class Reiss London, and I also had a solo presentation at Art Athina. My fascination with tutoring derives from my sensitivity around learning disabilities, something which is a recurring theme in my practice as I grew up as a dyslexic learner, as well as my educational experience of being part of leading academic UK institutions.   Through my work as an art tutor I strive to inspire and support my students, offering insight to my experience as a RCA alumnus and to the professional life of an artist. I teach students of all ages, as I strongly believe that involvement with the arts is always eye opening and revealing, especially when this leads to a career in the arts through higher education. I can offer art lessons for younger children, involving introduction to creative techniques and idea development, mentoring and support with portfolio preparation to apply for art schools internationally  as well as tutoring on contextualizing your work through constructive and generative feedback.

I am a professional artist who has exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in London, at the Royal Academy, more recently at the Salisbury Museum, and internationally. I offer lessons in Painting, Drawing and Art History. I have a big interest in materials and techniques, I have use embroidery in a series of works that I have realised recently for a solo show in Rome. I gain a MA at the Chelsea College of Arts in London and therefore I can help you prepare your portfolio for university applications or teach you how to paint a portrait or a still life. If you are interested in gaining more knowledge of art History I can also help. For the last 9 years, I have been an assistant to British Painter Jonathan Yeo, working with him toward big national shows such as a show at the National Portrait Gallery, or international such as the one in Friederiksborg Castle in Denmark in 2016.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) Have questions?
