Piano has always been my main instrument, and over the years, I’ve developed a strong background in music, performance, and music education. About seven years ago, I discovered the handpan, and it quickly became another important part of my musical journey. Today, I teach handpan to many students and help them discover their own musical voice through this beautiful instrument. Whether you have a musical background or have never played an instrument before, you can start from zero. My lessons are designed to take you step by step—from learning the basics and playing your first notes to improvising, creating your own music, and expressing your emotions freely through the handpan. Luke is a professional musician and educator specialising in drums & percussion. Much of his work is with professional orchestras such as the CBSO and the Philharmonia. He has also played drum kit for many theatre shows including The Wild Party, Annie Get Your Gun and The King & I. Every student's musical journey is unique and grades aren't for everyone, however many of Luke's students follow the excellent Trinity Rock & Pop syllabus for which he has a 100% pass rate. Learn drum kit from your home! I am a London session based drummer and percussion and now teach online remotely from my studio to your home kit! You don't need any special gear yourself - you don't even need a drum kit! We can work on coordination and timing through clapping and drum pad exercises.

I deliver Drum lessons, pupils will learn their favourite songs, grooves, fills and rudiments. I also teach from the rockschool and trinity rock and pop drum books, from grades 1 to 8. I adapt the lessons to whatever the students goals are, with over 5 years teaching experience in schools and privately I'll get the best out of each student. My main styles are reggae, pop, jazz, hip hop, r and b, neo soul.

I am a recent graduate from the Royal Academy of Music where I studied percussion for 4 years, and obtained my Bachelor of Music degree. I have vast experience of performing in many different situations and changing genres, as well as extensive teaching experience, from large group workshops to 1:1 tuition. My aim is to make sure each of my pupils are well versed in all musical styles from rock and pop to swing and funk to Afro-Cuban and the cha - cha. We will have a focus on a certain style and work by playing along to bands and recordings to help improve the listening side of music. We will also work on technical exercises to ensure the growth as a great Drummer. I can also offer examinations, working towards graded exams can be useful for many people to get an understanding of progress and achievement when moving up to the next level. Lessons will be fun and there will be lots of chance for creativity and improvisation if desired.
