In your singing lessons, we will work on building your technique and musicality, your repertoire in multiple genres as well as your confidence as a performer. I teach a solid classical based technique which can then be applied to multiple genres of music. As an accomplished pianist I will accompany you at the piano as you sing your chosen songs. (For online lessons I will find suitable backing tracks.) In your piano lessons, for beginners - I will determine the appropriate starting materials based on your age, innate ability, and level of understanding. For those who have already been learning and are looking to resume their studies, I will facilitate a seamless and supportive transition. I will work closely with you to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and ensure the most effective path forward. If you are interested in having both singing and piano lessons, you can have an hour lesson comprising of half singing and half piano. I have over 10 years of experience in preparing students for exam grades, and work with the ABRSM syllabus and the Trinity syllabus.
