This includes SAT and SAT II prep, essay writing, interviewing tips, and helping you create a compelling narrative to send to US universities. I was admitted into Harvard, Yale, MIT, Dartmouth, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and a few others, and have been tutoring people of all ages.

I know this process can be daunting, but I truly believe every student has a unique and amazing story to share. I am committed to helping the applicant shine in all areas of the admissions process, and to help them feel more at ease during it.

Hello! I'm Danielle - a software engineer at Uber by day, and teacher by night. I love empowering people through teaching - I mainly teach coding, and give university admissions advice. The mentors along my journey were some of the most influential factors in how I got to where I am today. During my studies in Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam (graduated in 2015, MSc.) and in addition to my job as a consultant, I have always taught mathematics and statistics to secondary school students and university students (HBO and WO) with great pleasure. Since 2017 I have assisted students from different study backgrounds (from civil engineering to psychology) with writing their thesis and since 2022 I work parttime as a math teacher and educational advisor in the Emma Children's Hospital in Amsterdam and I teach private students.

Having successfully secured a place for myself to study English Language & Literature at the University of Oxford in 2015, and having been subsequently invited to pursue a Master's degree in English literature on scholarship, I am versed in the intricacies and expectations of the interview process for a range of disciplines.

I work with students across a series of sessions to hone their understanding of what's expected of them during the interview process, to identify their particular strengths and improve on their weakness, and to practice extemporaneous speaking and timed essay-writing and test-taking.

Each course is designed with the candidate in mind, and I can outline a recommended number of sessions and their contents based on an initial session.

Hey! My name is Yasmin, I was born in Denmark, mainly raised in the Netherlands, but moved more than 14 times to different countries and cities. I have always attended an international school and received my Bachelor's degree in English & Pre-Law from the University of California Santa Barbara last summer. I have decided to continue my studies and am currently studying international & European law.
I provide English tutoring where we can focus together on whatever you need, such as: writing, speaking, writing essays and creative writing. I'm currently undertaking a PhD in Global Environmental Politics at the University of Lincoln (UK) but based in Amsterdam. I have previously completed an MSc in Environmental Policy at the London School of Economics (LSE, UK) and a BA in Philosophy at the University of Bristol (UK).
