I want to help people become familiar with the Dutch language. Being born in the Netherlands, I moved to the United States at 8 but learned Dutch at an after school program and from my parents. Now that I am back in the Netherlands, I want to help people who want to learn the Dutch language. I have successfully completed 6 VWO and passed an English Cambridge exam. Currently, I am a law student with a passion for languages, geology and history and I like to share the knowledge - in peace and with full understanding of the student - and together I look for the best method to make this work! I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. A qualified language coach with 24 years of experience offers intensive Dutch lessons in a small class or online. I give many Dutch NT2 lessons to expats and in preparation for an integration exam.
