I am 21 years old and I am currently a flute student at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I finished my studies in conservatories in France and obtained a license in music and musicology at the Sorbonne (Paris IV).

About Me

I am a second year flute student at the Amsterdam Superior Conservatory. I started studying classical music at the age of 6 in the small music school in my town. Passionate, I attended several conservatories (Valenciennes, Lille, Rueil-Malmaison). During my training, I had lessons in many disciplines: flute and music theory of course, but also analysis, theory, culture and history of music, piano, harmony, chamber music, orchestra, deciphering, improvisation. My studies at the Amsterdam Conservatory include a pedagogical part that I will do my best to put into practice. However, I have already given lessons on several occasions, including private lessons, to children and adults. I adapt to the desires and ambitions of the student, I am patient and invested, my classes are open to anyone interested.

The Bass guitar lessons are given at all levels from beginners to advanced / professionals. You learn how to play the instrument, with the right attitude and the right technical and theoretical underpinning of everything you want to learn. A somewhat broader music theoretical knowledge can also be taught. Customization is provided to the student's wishes.

The music theory lessons provide insight into how western music theory functions and how it is applied in practice. Exercises are also done to develop the hearing and music theoretical exercises are done on the basis of either piano, guitar or bass guitar. The aim is to understand what the theory behind music is and why it functions that way.

The Guitar (or Piano) lessons are only given at beginners level. I'm not offering you the rock 'n' roll lifestyle, sprinkled with angel dust and full of groupies languidly waiting for you backstage, but I can at least offer you an organized guitar lesson based on a comprehensive approach to the instrument, targeted to your musical aspirations... In other words: what YOU like! I sincerely believe that the most effective way to learn music is to delve into what you love and explore it with passion and dedication. We will always start from the songs you like, step by step, following your workflow. My goal is simply to give you the best tips and tricks so that you can enjoy playing the songs you love or, if you wish, organize your guitar practice in the most efficient way.
