American Accent, Mannerisms, and Body Language 101

Are you hoping to land an interview at a big American company, but you're worried about xenophobia? Well I was born on a farm in Iowa and even I'm afraid of xenophobia from my own countrymen. American culture has shifted recently and they can hear a foreigner a mile away; they also have no idea where your country is. If you want to apply for one of those huge American salaries, or if you just want to stop getting interrogated by your coworkers about the magical land you hail from, I'll teach you a flatter accent and some American ways of speaking.

We'll have a conversation every lesson about whatever you like, with pauses every time a non-American accent comes through to discuss speech techniques, slang terms, and nonverbal body language. How you hold yourself and the tone of your speech is incredibly important in American culture, and we'll work together on developing your professional language.
