Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A dynamic yoga in Vevey and ValaisTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A dynamic yoga in Vevey and ValaisTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in a traditional way, drawing inspiration from teachers and teachers whom I followed and met during my career I adapt to the needs of the student both physically and morally. Every body is different and every day we feel differently. The method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is based on several distinct series that consist of sequences of postures with different purposes and allowing an evolutionary practice by following degrees of difficulty. - The Yoga Chikitsa primary series, also called Yoga Therapy, which cleans and detoxifies the body by realigning it. - The intermediate series Nadi Shodana, which purifies the nervous system - Advanced series that leads to divine stability For beginners and intermediates, my classes are on the first series. There are several key and fundamental keys in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The postures are synchronized with fundamental points that are tristana. Using ujayyi breathing, bandhas (energetic locks) and dristis (focus point), we create an internal heat during practice with vinyasa which means the synchronization of the breath with the movement. This dynamic practice develops concentration and strengthens the mind. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga means eight members (eight steps). In the philosophy of yoga, it is an ancestral way that encourages to follow these rules of life to reach the state of serenity peculiar to this discipline. Each practice is a journey and a new self-discovery and a gradual transformation.

Online Russian lessons, speaking, grammar, pronunciation....Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hi, everyone! My name is Daria, and I'm a native Russian speaker and the Russian language teacher. If you want to study the Russian language or want to practice it, you are welcome. I teach Russian from the very beginning - elementary (A1) - to higher levels. - During my lessons I'm trying to reach the best balance between grammar, conversation and other aspects of the language. - I won't let you forget about things that we studied months ago, we will keep using previous grammar topics with the new ones, words that you learnt before in new topics. New knowledge won't replace the old one, words won't go into the passive memory. - My goal is to help you understand the system of the Russian language, so that you were not limited by phrases that you learn during the lesson, but could make your own sentences. I practice different ways of making you speak - retelling texts, offering imaginary situaions, asking you many questions to help you understand what you hear and be able to react fast. - In order to study grammar and new words, we'll be using my textbook (I will send you the pdf file) that contains examples and lots of exercises. - We will pay enough attention to grammar, pronunciation, speaking and reading. I will explain you the way we, Russians, talk in our everyday life, because our foundations and manners differ from foreign ones. I'll be happy to help you learn the Russian language. Feel free to contact me and ask any questions.

Beginning or perfecting in music - learning to play clarinetTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Beginning or perfecting in music - learning to play clarinetTranslate this text using Google Translate.

''Once upon a time there was a breath. Lighter than a whisper, it melted into the wind, lamenting that it was never heard...'' But before continuing this story, a little introduction is in order. 🙋🏻‍♀️ | Hi ! I'm Lisa and I study clarinet at the Lucerne University of Music. 🎶 | But beyond the pleasure of playing on stage, alone or in a group, I love to make my passion known and allow other people to become familiar with my instrument. 👩🏻‍🏫 | For a few years, I have been teaching the clarinet online and at the music school of Crans-Montana. But back to the story. “...One day, he heard in the distance the chords of a guitar accompanying a joyful and magical song. From that day on, the little breath decided to become music. So he let himself be carried away by the wind, which deposited him next to a clarinet. Curious, the breath slipped into the mouthpiece and slid down to the pavilion. It was fun, a bit like a slide...'' But what is a clarinet? Let's take a short break in history to clear up this point. 📖 | The clarinet is a wind instrument of the woodwind family. It is made of ebony and has 18 keys that allow the musician to play all the notes. 🎤 | It is the instrument closest to the human voice. Indeed, it can sound very loud or very soft, very high or very low and has a wide variety of sounds. 🌬 | To make a sound with his clarinet, the musician blows into the mouthpiece and vibrates the reed. A bit like when you make a blade of grass hiss by blowing on it. Let's see how our breath is doing. “... He then gathered all his strength and blew a big blow into the beak. Nope ! It didn't seem like the right method. He then tried to tap on the reed and slipped through the holes and the keys. Until, finally, the breath becomes a melody...'' Turn your breath into music too! 🎺 | Playing a musical instrument will allow you to express your creativity and relax while developing your brain. Plus, seeing your progress will make you proud and gain self-confidence. 💡 | The clarinet is a practical instrument. Indeed, it disassembles into 5 parts that you can store in a small box and take with you everywhere! 🇨🇭 | In Switzerland, there are many harmonies and other ensembles where the clarinet has a prominent place. You will therefore be able, as soon as you have mastered the basics, to meet lots of new people with whom to share your passion. Let's finish the story. “...Other breaths, strings and beats, impressed by the beauty of the melody, found himself a musical instrument too. This is how the 1st orchestra was born! I am available on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) in Valais and during the week in Lucerne. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information ☀️

It was an absolute pleasure to have my first lesson with Carla. She is very smart, friendly, professional and funny. In only a short time she was able to synthesise lots of background information and started making very useful suggestions. Carla seems experienced beyond her years and has the makings of a world-class polyglot and teacher. Would highly recommend. Bravo Carla !
