Hi there, Allow me to introduce myself! I am Min Ling (Melissa), a Singaporean living in Aigle, Switzerland. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and English is my native language where I was born and bred. In my country, we mainly speak English or/and our mother tongue ( in my case, Mandarin) for our everyday activities. Hi! I am Sam I am a well-known piano teacher, academy director, entrepreneur, and classical concert pianist in southern Switzerland. I have taught piano for almost ten years, teaching students of all ages and levels piano in English, German and French. The Hatha yoga that I propose is a yoga from the traditional line. It can also be used as a holistic therapy method. Coming from the famous and renowned school of Agama Yoga in Thailand which has already trained tens of thousands of students from all over the world. The goal of this type of yoga is to rebalance the polarities in the body. You will learn postures (asanas), energy capture (Pranayama), concentration (dharana and prathyara) and meditation.
