I'm an italian professional violinist graduated in the Hochschule der Kunste in Bern and a member of Argovia philharmonic, Sinfonietta Lausanne and City Light Symphony Orchestra. I teach children and adults from beginner to advanced level. My classes are for everyone! I adapt my teaching method to every student's profile, wish and need in order to learn faster and improve violin skills having fun. We can choose the repertoire together, from classical to modern and popular music. I have more than 7 years of teaching experience, I speak italian, english and spanish.

For anyone who wants to learn the violin or perfect their skills. Extensive experience with private students and music schools in Austria. There is an option to give lessons at home, online or if I am with the student I charge extra. If necessary, I will provide the teaching materials. Lessons in German, English or Spanish.

I am a piano teacher with over 30 years of experience, passionate about nurturing musical talent at every age and level. I have taught at esteemed institutions such as the Franz Schubert Conservatory in Vienna, and many of my students have gone on to succeed in auditions at top conservatories like the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover. My students have also won national and international competitions including Premio Crescendo (Florence), Prima la Musica (Austria), the Grand Prize Virtuoso (Los Angeles, New York, Vienna, Berlin, Salzburg), and the Brno Mozart International Piano Competition. Over the years, I have developed a unique and effective method for teaching young children, starting from age 3, all the way to university-level students and adult beginners. My approach focuses on developing a strong ear and making learning both joyful and fulfilling. Outside of teaching, I love spending time outdoors with my dogs, reading, playing tennis, and enjoying time with my daughter.

As a violinist for 21 years now, 12 years at the conservatory and 9 years as a private teacher, I offer quality lessons adapted to your level. We'll focus on technique (scales, etudes) but we'll also look at a few tricks to improve your playing. It's advisable to do some music theory on the side to be able to read notes and rhythm properly. I can help you with that too. I'm very patient and gentle. I can come to your place, but I can also give lessons by videoconference.

My name is Léna, and I offer violin lessons for all ages and skill levels. I have many years of experience in private teaching and am currently completing my Master of Pedagogy at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Basel. As an MA Performance graduate of the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, one of my greatest passions is engaging with historically informed performance practice. I look forward to exploring the world of gut strings, short and long bows, different pitches, and, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, the various positions of the baroque violin with you! I teach according to the principles of the Alexander Technique, paying attention to physical health and the sustainability of the playing. I apply this in my teaching; I find it very important to closely tailor the lessons, exercises, and method to the goals and personality of the students. I'm really looking forward to accompanying you on your musical journey!

As a passionate piano teacher with 8 years of experience, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and helping students improve their technical and musical skills. My teaching methodology adapts to each student's level and personality, with the goal of providing a safe and nurturing space for musical development, experience, and self-expression. I have studied at prestigious music schools in Spain, Germany, and Hungary, and I am currently furthering my studies in Basel. My most influential teachers include Patrín García-Barredo, András Kemenes, and Claudio Martínez Mehner. I am a prizewinner in several piano and chamber music competitions in Spain. My concert experience includes performances across Europe, in countries such as Portugal, Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, and Slovenia. I have also participated in masterclasses led by renowned figures in the classical music world, such as Eldar Nebolsin, Kristian Bezuidenhout, Milana Chernyavska or Ricardo Castro.

I offer beginners' classes in piano and harpsichord for any age, and can additionally provide the basics in music theory. A passionate learner myself, I started harpsichord at age 5 and have recently graduated with a Masters from the Hochschule für Musik Basel in Specialized Performance (Improvisation). My experience teaching started in New York where I taught school students piano and music theory. I am also a professional continuo player accompanying Baroque orchestras on the harpsichord, as well as a composer of experimental music. My experience in very different musical scenes gives me a unique approach to studying that allows me to adapt the content and structure of lessons according to where the student wants to develop their skills. This can include focus on exercises like scales and arpeggios; studying simple pieces from Classical, Baroque or even Pop repertoire; figured bass; body posture awareness; and trying more experimental things through free improvisation techniques! I've also found that accompanying practice with theory helps to deepen one's understanding and joy at learning this beautiful music. I really enjoy passing on my enthusiasm for music, whether the student has specific goals and needs or is simply curious to start with the basics. If you're curious don't hesitate to reach out :)

As scientists admit, music improves language skills, logical thinking, concentration, and has therapeutical effect on us. For me, playing the violin has proved to be that and much more. It has been connecting all the elements of my life - work, dreams of travelling around the world, my social life, my family. They say it is one of the most difficult instruments, but the truth is, it is difficult only if you make it difficult. My aim is to make my students fascinated by it any time they take it in their hands. In my work I concentrate on the needs and interests of the student and work on technique, music knowledge and joy in playing through games, special excercises and my own 27 years of experience in playing the violin.

I a professional musician and have taught piano to children for three years at the Pico Music School in Lucerne. We will learn at the piano how to play and how to read and hear music. It is important to me that the children learn good practice skills and that they have fun in the lessons and at home.

I am a music pedagogy graduated teacher (master of performance and master of pedagogy in Paris and Basel). Love sharing my passion with others : have a 10 years experience in 2 music schools and high schools in Paris. Am also performing concerts as a pianist and organist. Focus are set on body and technical skills, music theory and knowledge necessary to play all kinds of score or improvise, interpretation and artistic view of the pieces. Orchestral musician and chamber musician, holder of a double master's degree in pedagogy and performance in France and abroad, I would be happy to accompany you on the way to learning violin. With 15 years of experience, I teach musical initiation, music theory and the viola that I have practiced in chamber music and of course the violin, my main instrument with which I perform in several orchestras and ensembles. Since I have been teaching violin and music, not a day goes by that I tell myself that motivation and pleasure are the biggest drivers of learning. This is why I always favor during my classes a relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to work. Technique is of course very important to me, but it is not just an end in itself.
