Mathematics for IGCSE, A-Level and IB Students (& equivalent)
From 24 £ /h
I am a passionate mathematician who would love to support you in your academic journey - I can cover all mathematical concepts from GCSE, IGCSE, AS-Level, A-Level, and IB past papers.
As someone who has achieved a 9 in IGCSE mathematics, an A* in A-level Mathematics, and is studying an Engineering degree at UCL (Management Science with a minor in Modern Applications of Engineering Mathematics), I am passionate to help you achieve the highest grades.
I will be able to assess your weaknesses, and we can turn them into strengths by learning new techniques and practicing past papers. If you have any questions you are struggling with, feel free to show them to me and we will go over them in the lesson.

About Me
I believe that understanding and empathy is key when a student is learning mathematics. Everyone understands mathematics in a different way, so you need to explain concepts creatively. I have a younger sister and a few younger cousins - I have been teaching them mathematics for years now. They all have different strengths, and I have to use different analogies in order for them to really grasp a concept.
Moreover, as part of my DofE volunteering work, I was a mathematics tutor for 8 months (supported GCSE students during help sessions), and everyone who attended the help sessions passed on their first try.
