With exam season around the corner, I am able to offer a variety of tailor- made revision lessons for students to 11-16. Each lesson is learner focused, with regular support between lessons to ensure the student achieves their full academic potential.

I have extensive experience teaching, having worked in a school and offered private tuition for six years. Additionally, I have experience working with student with SEN needs including dyslexia , ADHD and autism.

My specialism is History but I am able to teach the following subjects to A level:

-English language and literature
-psychology
-Sociology
- French

While based in Bedford, I am able to teach in Watford and Borehamwood as well as online.

I will teach English as 1ste or second language mostly to beginner learners 4-7 years Olds. I will be experimenting with internet to make the lessons exciting and interesting.

My goal is to keep students challenged by not overwhelming them. I want to make learning and revision fun for all of my students. I specialize in math but can help with English if needed. I live in Bristol but study at the University of Bedfordshire.

- This class is for those interesting in learning about Greek mythology, covering all aspects. Classes will start as an introduction and then focus on one mythological character per class, with some focus on the different representations of the Odyssey and the goddess Circe.

KS3/ GCSE
As the lockdown eases, it's time to think about a return to study at school. Firmly established teacher of English since 1998; my specialism is raising the grade - especially tricky 3/4 boundaries. Another strength is accommodating learners with specific learning needs - G&T, ASD, MLD, PP, ADHD, and so forth. KS2 also accommodated.

Tutoring young learners on a one to one basis is so rewarding: the learners not only gain merit certificates and recognition form their schools - but also blossom in confidence and knowledge. To complement the two decades +, other assets include experience as a GCSE examiner for OCR; a thorough understanding of AQA and WJEC AO papers.
