I'm Marine, 32 yo, native french speaker (born in Marseille) and offer french tutoring for aspiring french speakers who want to freshen up their skills or learn this beautiful language from scratch. I teach all ages, from 6 yo to seniors, and all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced levels.

I also offer tutoring in biology and life sciences for all levels, having a bachelor's, master's and PhD in biology.

My goal is to keep students challenged and motivated, without making them feel overwhelmed. The focus of the classes is on learning and conversation skills while having fun.

The french classes are designed according to each student's personality and wishes, and I encourage each one to express their passions and hobbies so we can use it as a theme.

The biology and life sciences classes are designed according to the parent's expectations and the student's needs. During the first class we will sit down and go through the student's class program and come up with a learning plan together.

About Me

I'm Marine, 32 yo and I was born in Marseille, France. I've been living in Australia and Italy and moved to Berlin 3 years ago!

I love the city and am passionate about teaching, especially my domains of expertise: french and biology. I am patient, kind and always try to make the learning experience fun and enjoyable, one can take something seriously and still have fun while doing it! I believe it's all about learning the student's preferences and adjust the classes according to it.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expect my students to be motivated to receive it and doing it actively, not passively while typing on their phones.

I have been tutoring and teaching one on one classes for 10 years now and my experience and joie de vivre will take you where you need to be! My methods include following the school books for students needing tutoring for their school as well as adding fun games to help remember and understand easily.

My hobbies include knitting, sewing clothes, and playing violin!

Hi. I offer tutoring for IB (SL and HL) and IGCSE (extended and combined science) level. I have 7+ years of experience of tutoring students in international schools across Berlin. The top subjects I have taught include biology, chemistry and physics. Many of these students were from different backgrounds and nationalities; some were very gifted while others were struggling or simply needed more accountability. I offer French courses at all levels. In order to determine the level of each student, a French assessment will first be carried out including grammar, spelling, written and oral comprehension as well as conjugation. I am French and student in Franco-German law at the University of Potsdam, I do my L3 there from the beginning of October until the end of July.
