I have taught from Reception/Kindergarten up to Year 6; I was head of Maths and French as well as head of Year 3. As head of maths, I am trained in Singapore Maths - an innovative approach to mathematics which takes a from the ground up approach; teaching children a deeper understanding of the patterns and links between numbers rather than learning by rote or memorisation.
