About Me

I am a violin teacher with extensive experience in teaching music to children and adults of all levels.

I started playing the violin at a very young age and developed my career through the orchestra, chamber music and teaching, in an international artistic context.

My goal is to support each student in developing technique, musicality and expression on the violin, with a progressive and personalized approach.

I also incorporate, when necessary, notions of solfège and musical training in order to strengthen the basics and facilitate progress on the instrument.

I always adapt to the level, objectives and pace of each student.

Education

I started playing the violin at the age of 3 and music has always been a part of my life.

From a very early age, I participated in competitions and developed my experience within different groups, in chamber music and in orchestra (CEEM, PROMUSICA, JOSE...).

I have had the opportunity to participate in European tours (France, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria) and to receive several international awards, including:

– 1st prize violin – Young Bohemia International Festival of Young Choirs and Orchestras, Prague
– 2nd prize violin – Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival, Vienna

As part of my artistic and educational work, I directed the PROMUSICA children's orchestra in Málaga for four years and worked as a choir director at the Saint-François school in Paris. I have been teaching violin for over 12 years to students in France and Spain.

Alongside the violin, I am also developing my practice of opera and lyrical singing, which nourish my artistic approach to the instrument.

I also participate in concerts in Paris as part of my artistic activity.

Maarten will give you the piano lessons. He can teach classical, and jazz piano. He graduated his studies in the conservatory of Amsterdam with prof. Jan Wijn and graduated with the highest score among piano students (Bachelor of Music, piano). He played several solo and chamber music concerts in concert hall, church, museum, library, hospital and elderly houses. He is regularly invited by Belgium Chamber music festival to play with famous musicians such as guitarist philip Catherine. Recently he graduated master degree in Brussels Conservatorium studying with prof. Boyan Vodenitcharov. Since he has a lot of knowledge of harmonization and counterpoints, he has composed and arranged many works and played many of his own pieces in concerts.

Asako will give the cello lessons. She has master degree, cello performance and chamber music, also has an academic university diploma for Musicology. She studied in Japan, Hungary (Franz Liszt Academy), Norway (Norway Academy of Music), and Netherlands (Conservatorium van Amsterdam, Utrecht Conservatoire).She can teach in Japanese, English and on a basic level in Hungarian and French.
