In class, I would like to focus on K-Pop. Not many people would be interested in this but I would like to introduce this type of dance to people.

I am an instructor in more than one domaine.
Although, I specialize in piano style musical composition, arranging, lyrics writing, and chord changes.

My students may choose what they want to learn since I am music/vocal teacher and also a modern dance instructor as well. In my dance classes, students can learn a style called "Funkstyles." They can learn Popping and Boogaloo, and some Locking also. My dance teachers are "Popin' Pete," and "Suga Pop," dancers of reknown, who also taught Michael Jackson how to do this style of dance.
They will learn the basics, and then intermediate courses, and then expert level courses.

I adapt to the needs of the students, so that they progress as quickly as possible.

My goal is to transmit you during the lessons, solid bases and methods which will allow you to develop your dance, so that you can express yourself freely while having your style.

I will help you to extend your knowledge so that you can discover your limits and learn to push them back.

My pedagogy combines body understanding, technique, approach to musicality, muscle building and stretching if needed.

It is also possible to move to your home if the space makes it possible with a possible participation in travel costs (to be discussed).

Indeed, from the eyes to the tips of the feet, this dance yoga is advised in more than one way. Inspired by Curative Eurythmy and Oriental Dance, it allows to rediscover areas of the body numb. This practice allows for a greater perception of phenomena that go through a bodily feeling and thus awaken consciousness, clairvoyance, clear hearing, and clear perception. In a stress situation, to know how to manage it to keep the right distance.

Pilates increases strength, flexibility and improves posture, stability and body alignment. Small groups or individual sessions allow you to work on your own goals in a caring environment. At each session I pay particular attention to the quality of the movement.

Having experienced first-hand the power of dance to shape people’s perspectives, I am enthusiastic about using my professional experiences, skills, and beliefs to educate new young dancers in the techniques, movements, and experiences of dance. I am also just as enthusiastic to share that beauty and power with the community, with recreational adult classes as well.

About how I teach, and why I started; I was looking for dance that was fun, liberating, and yet artistically challenging, all at the same time; I craved something that brought and demanded a more humane experience inside of the studio. My interest at the moment is to use our human experiences and bodies as they are. I’m not so interested in trying to force them into something else, but to allow that freedom to take us to whatever imaginary or fantastical place where dance should be able to take us. I believe my obligation as a dance teacher is to encourage students to have fun when dancing. It’s something that’s forgotten a lot as a budding artist, but one of the most important things for perseverance in this field.

I believe that if the curiosity, imagination, and enjoyment is there, the technique will come as well because there’s a mutual belief, from both the teacher and student, in oneself. Of course to learn a variety of dance styles, be technically proficient, and pursue a personal creative expression is important, but having an experience with a group of people and letting go into imagination while allowing yourself to have fun will push a dancer even further in their artistry, I believe. To be able to be given images, sensations, feelings, etc. and have the awareness to translate them into some form of movement is an important skill as an artist and human being

Dancing is a natural means of expression. So, learn to dance! It is almost impossible to listen to music and not be stirred to tap our feet, clap our hands, drum with our fingers, and sway with our bodies. We hum, sing, whistle, or bob our head. When we carry this innate response to its ultimate expression, we find ourselves dancing.

With my experience as a percussionist in the salsa group Nolosé, which won 4 awards, including that of the best foreign group in Havana, I learned salsa dancing in Cuba.
