Kickboxing: You take boxing, and then you add kicks! The pace could be little less high, in order to properly learn the techniques

Viet Vo Dao/ Traditional Martial Arts : Now, we're entering a whole new world, where the technique is really important. The history, philosophy and the energy work, the culture...and so on!

Self defence : Learn how to defend yourself as well as your loved ones. The lesson here could be purely technical or technical with a fitness component.

About Me

I am a martial arts teacher and a personal trainer with 10 years experience of teaching. It has been 5 years now than I am teaching in London. I work for myself. I created my own school " Le martial club" . I teach my own kickboxing method as well as Viet Vo Dao (Vietnamese martial arts) for children and adults both in Clapham Junction and in Hoxton.

I work with another martial arts school called Pyramid martial arts where I teach sports Karate.

I teach corporate sessions as well in various companies.

I am a 4th Dang Viet Vo Dao black belt, former champion of France. I am a Kickboxing/Sports karate black belt. I trained a few black belt already and I am looking forward to June where a bunch of my students will go for their black belt! I train in several system on the side. Muay Thai, Capoeira, pencak silat...

I am always keen on learning new stuff, new methods and I believe that you need to be a curious and interested student in order to be a good teacher/sensei. So I won't stop learning in order to be always improving!

I love teaching and seeing my students improving and overcome their plateau. With the kids, I emphasise on discipline, as it is a key skill for them to be able to improve in the other aspect of martial arts, but I don't forget that they need to have fun at the same time in order to enjoy what they are doing. With the adults, I always try to do fun and interesting classes. Lots of fitness involved, but lots of explanation as well. I believe that you need to enjoy the class in order to make the most out of it. You can work hard, and have fun at the same time. Best combination in my opinion!

How about Studying the Rudeness and Vulgar words in Tagalog? Being rude is Natural but learning the right way in Language is unique. I have never encounter or heard of a Lesson that helps people to be Rude, Vulgar, Expressing words that are unpleasant in the ears. We have been always taught by our parents and teachers the good manner and right conduct. The Right conduct is changing according to the person, upbringing, surrounding and environment. Being rude is not good but it is good at time when we pick it in the right way. Let's learn the qualities of the "ILL-MANNER and BAD-MANNER" Reminder: This Lesson do not require to adopt the Teaching to the Students after the lesson. This is to identify and recognize the Real quality of the Bad Attitude, Bad manner and compare it to the Ill manner.
