Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique sport combining physical strength with an art component. Rhythmic gymnastics is very versatile. You learn how to be in full control of your body, how to balance, turn, jump and coordinate apparatus work, which include rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Therefore, classes are never boring.
