The General Educational Development (GED) is a series of four tests that certifies a student's academic knowledge is equivalent to a high school diploma in the United States. The GED is an alternative to a high school diploma. It's a good option for students who haven't completed their secondary-level studies but want to access a U.S. university. As a first year university student who has completed my biology A-level in the summer, I’ve been through the challenges you’re all facing and I’m here to help you overcome them. In my tutoring sessions we will focus on: - mastering any topics from the AQA specification you guys are unsure about, breaking them down into easy to understand concepts and focusing on parts you need to know for your exam. - practice exam questions in every session with detailed feedback to sharpen your exam technique and to know what the examiners are looking for. -EFFECTIVE revision techniques which will help you retain any key bits of information. Each session will leave you confident in biology, ensure you build a strong understanding of the topic and feel prepared for your exams.

My goal is to keep students feeling motivated and engaged in the lesson. Feeling more confident in geography will help boost the moral going forward whether they go into doing general exams or SATs or GCSEs or start College. It can seem a lot but I will introduce it slowly so it does not become daunting and homework slowly introduced after the lessons. In each lesson you will learn a variety of skills and knowledge depending on what I have planned and you are more than welcome to give me work that you have been struggling on so it can be put into the lesson to go through together and practice and learn. This will be based on the school year. It may be from writing notes, drawing and annotating diagrams or maybe drawing shapes. This will always be an interactive lessons as you shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask questions.

Psychology is a discipline that combines , human behaviour and their mental state. Integrating psychology and science will enable the student to create a solid foundation before the move forward with their higher studies . I shall be teaching the basics of psychology as well as a specific topic(s) the student wants to focus on .
