I am a native English speaker and have experience tutoring English in Leeds, England. I have extensive experience working as a journalist for the past 6 years.

I would love to help anyone quickly improve their English! I know that it can be challenging to learn, but I strive to make the process as interactive and enjoyable, so you can progress as soon as possible!

I have a masters in Bioinformatics from the University of Copenhagen and an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Leeds University. I also have A-levels in English Literature, Mathematics, Biology and Critical Thinking.

This class is for students who want to refine their English pronunciation, either for examination preparation or for job interviews. My goal is to give students the confidence to speak English fluently and accurately. I am an experienced teacher and linguist, and I encourage students to develop their speaking skills for academic, social and career advancement. Online classes are structured, with regular homework. Pronunciation classes are recorded, so that students can practise at home, and I give them regular progress reports, so that they can measure their improvement.

TOEFL is requested and recognised by numerous educational institutions and other organisations around the world. It is not necessarily a hard test, but it can be tricky and requires practice. With a month of exercises (around 1/2 hours a day), I obtained 119/120.

Hi! I'm Léa and I'm a French Erasmus exchange student at the University of Copenhagen this year. I'm in my third year of studies at Sciences Po Toulouse and I'd like to give French and/or English classes for all levels (A1 to C1) a few hours per week. Student at ESCP after 3 years of preparatory class at the Lycée Henri IV in Paris (in the B/L stream, i.e. Letters and Social Sciences), I offer to accompany your children during their middle and high school years. Holder of a scientific baccalaureate and a degree in Mathematics from the Sorbonne validated in 2022 and equipped with a literary background thanks to the B/L, I am able to follow your children on very varied subjects and I want to share all the theoretical knowledge that I have been able to acquire and my taste for learning with any student in difficulty to whom I could help.

A patient, attentive teacher, I adapt to the needs of each student to help them progress as best as possible. I myself have made enormous progress in CPGE. I have gained in rigor and efficiency in 3 years and I would like to share both my working method and my rigor with my students.

Typical math courses for example:

- I start the lesson by asking the student questions to identify his main difficulties and I answer any questions he may have.

- I then suggest several standard exercises to him to then make a method sheet and identify precisely what are the steps to follow when faced with this or that type of exercise.

- Finally, I offer him more complex exercises so that he learns to cultivate his intuition in the face of a mathematical exercise.

Of course, this is only a typical process, I adapt to the needs and wishes of the student, a course is above all a dialogue. The main thing is that the student feels as comfortable as possible to ask all the questions that come to him and gain confidence!
