Extra information
Please bring: swimsuit, goggles, towel and swim cap. Intermediate/advanced swimmers are encouraged to bring fins and hand paddles if available. Sessions are usually held at a public pool of your choice in Edinburgh, so make sure you have a valid entry pass or membership. For online video-analysis lessons, please email me your footage at least 24 hours in advance. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Hi, I’m Yuan/Sibyl – a retired national-level swimmer turned performance coach with 20 years of elite training experience and a passion for helping others thrive in the water.
