I am available for tuition sessions on the subjects of English Literature, English Language, Drama, Theatre Studies and European, American and Irish History. I graduated in MA Hons English Literature and History in 2019 from The University of Edinburgh and I am currently finishing my MFA Acting for a Stage and Screen at Edinburgh Napier University. I have experience teaching childrens drama classes for those aged 4 to 11 and of English Language Summer Schools for those aged 11 to 16. In addition, I have tutored the subjects of English, History and Drama across GCSE, A-Level and Undergraduate level. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual and can cover specific curriculum content as well as essay, exam and coursework technique. I am flexible on the length of time of these sessions and can host these both online or in person if in Edinburgh.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

With over one year experience in teaching and a decade long experience with adolescents and young adults, I, herein, present my course in "International Humanitarian Law". In today's globalized world where the effects and repercussions of a conflict are not confined within a single state, it becomes crucial to know what rules are in place that regulate conflict and provide protection to those who are vulnerable. Aiming to mitigate and prevent human suffering in an armed conflict, International Humanitarian Law gives us answers to questions, such as: who can and cannot be targeted and under which conditions; at what times does a protected person lose protection; who is a combatant; what distinguishes a combatant from a civilian; and, what protections are available to those who do not take part in an armed conflict. Amidst the many interstate conflicts, such as, Ukraine-Russia, Iran-Israel and Palestine-Israel conflicts, as well as the intrastate ones, such as in Sudan, having a working knowledge of International Humanitarian Law becomes even more vital as it re-establishes one's trust in law and humanity at such uncertain times as these ones.

Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. I have a degree in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid and have completed a Master's Degree in Teacher Training. I am Pablo, a graduate in Philosophy from the University of Oviedo, holder of an interuniversity master's degree accredited by the universities of Oviedo, Salamanca and Valencia, and currently a PhD student in Philosophy of Science at the University of Oviedo. This course aims to offer students a detailed explanation of the evolution of philosophical thought, taking its main authors as a reference. Starting from pre-Socratic cosmogonies, up to the philosophers of postmodernity, such as Heidegger, Foucault or Derrida, it aims to teach the general lines of thought of the different authors who make up the history of philosophy, as well as the characteristics of philosophical thought corresponding to each specific period.
