I'm a Turkish bookworm that has been subjected to the in-depth curriculum of the Turkish education system for 12 years. I've been brought up by my author & Turkish literature graduate grandparents, who were ruthless when it came to Turkish grammar/spelling rules.

My experience in academia has shown me that we all learn differently. I prefer tailoring my teaching methods upon learning more about what works for the student.

I'm a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh. I work in a research laboratory part-time and have prior experience in teaching conversational Turkish.

I teach Biology and Turkish!

I'm originally from Turkey. I have just graduated from the University of Edinburgh, to which I originally got accepted by teaching myself A-Level & AP Biology.

We all learn through different methods and at different paces. I'm very happy to take my time & make sure the student feels as comfortable as possible to ask questions.

I am studying Social Anthropology and Politics at the University of Edinburgh. Classics are one of the biggest interests of mine; I started studying Latin and Ancient Greek languages and literature 6 years ago and I have been teaching for three years. I think studying these languages led me to be more aware of who I am as well as understand what is really worth.
Latin (Ancient greek too) lessons consist of two different parts: grammar and literature.
By studying grammar you are not going to just receive boring notions about the structure of the language, but you are going to deepen processes and rules that form Latin; with this method we are going to discuss about Latin and Greek mindset and then discuss about important themes studied by ancient people in literature. Furthermore, according to your needs and goals, we can exercise on translation of texts.

Italian is my second language as I've spent 5 years in Florence as a kid. Falling in love with Italian language and culture I've decided to study it. As one of the most spoken languages in the world, learning Spanish from an early age can allow children not just to ease into the grammar and spelling but also adapt to correct pronunciation. Being billingual from a personal experience has opened me a tremendous amount of opportunities. From hospitality jobs to work experience abroad. Learning Spanish will also aid in the learning of other languages such as French or Italian. During my IGCSE's, I achieved a Grade of A* (96%), and most of it I attribute to my already fluent level in Spanish.

Classes will follow a progressive increase in level and challenge.
My first class will be analysing their current level and how easy the student grasps the language, and from there set weekly goals for them to reach.
My priority is for them to learn as much as possible the accent and correct pronunciation of the words, followed then by learning of sentence structure.

French is a very beautiful language but this one is rather complex.
I offer fun learning, adapted to the knowledge of the apprentice. The goal here is to progress by taking the time necessary to memorize each notion.
The first course will focus on an assessment of the apprentice's level in order to subsequently offer a personalized program adapted to level.
