I’m a certified holistic nutritionist based in Switzerland. I’ve always loved food, so I’m a natural curious little mind who likes to find out what’s behind the elements I put in my body. Education
My studies are in the holistic nutrition and phytotherapy fields. I also followed a Strala Yoga cursus, based in New York, created by Tara Stiles, where the focus is onfinding your balance from within, and praticing everything softly.
