Private violin lessons, music theory and appreciation.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hi, I'm Stephanie, professional violinist and teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience, working with students from young beginners through to ATCL diploma level. I trained at the Conservatoire Royal de Liège in the Franco-Belgian violin tradition and currently perform with the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra. My teaching combines strong technical foundations with listening, musical curiosity and confidence. Growing up in Hong Kong, I began my own violin studies with the Suzuki Method, and I am now continuing my training in Suzuki pedagogy. I particularly value its emphasis on learning through listening, positive encouragement and developing good habits naturally. I want lessons to be enjoyable and encouraging, while still giving students the tools to become thoughtful and independent musicians. My experience includes individual teaching as well as orchestras, bands and ensembles, so rhythm, listening to others and making music together are also important parts of my teaching. Lessons are adapted to each student's age, level and goals, whether learning for enjoyment or preparing for exams, competitions and performances. Previous students have progressed from beginner to ATCL level, with several receiving prizes at the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival.

Former high-level gymnast originally from Spain and currently coach and official judge of Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG), I offer personalized private lessons in Brussels for all ages and all levels (recreational or competitive). Thanks to my field experience and my perfect knowledge of the scoring code as a judge, I help you progress quickly and safely. My courses are fully tailored to your objectives: Introduction and Leisure: Discovering the discipline, learning the basic body movements and handling equipment (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon). Competition Improvement: Precise technical correction of body difficulties (jumps, pivots, balances), cleaning up sequences and optimizing points in front of the jury. Specific Flexibility & Mobility work: Development of active and passive flexibility, deep muscle strengthening and body alignment (also open to dancers, skaters or adults wishing to become more flexible). Why work together? Passionate about teaching and positive pedagogy, I adapt to each student's pace to boost their self-confidence and give them a taste for effort. Course schedule: To begin, the first sessions are conducted entirely online (via Zoom or WhatsApp). This allows us to get to know each other, assess your needs, and start the technical work efficiently. After a few sessions, we can agree on continuing the lessons in person at your home or outdoors (in a park) if the weather permits. I speak Spanish, French and English. Feel free to contact me to discuss your goals and schedule an initial session!

Mathematics for SAT MATH, School math, and University MathTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Mathematics for SAT MATH, School math, and University MathTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Mathematics can often feel complex and overwhelming, but with the right approach, it becomes much more manageable and even enjoyable. My goal as a tutor is to help students not only understand the material, but also find the learning method that works best for them. I work with students at school level, SAT level, and university level, supporting them in building a strong foundation and progressing confidently through their subjects. My teaching approach begins with identifying each student’s gaps in understanding. I then provide clear explanations using simple language, structured steps, and relatable examples. Once the concept is understood, I guide students through practice, allowing them to apply what they’ve learned and develop real confidence in problem-solving. Many of my students see improvement within a few lessons. I also create personalized exercises tailored to each student, helping reinforce knowledge and target specific weaknesses. Beyond improving grades, I focus on helping students: • Gain confidence in mathematics • Develop logical and structured thinking • Learn how to approach problems effectively Having worked with students from diverse backgrounds and levels, I adapt my teaching style to each individual, ensuring that every student feels supported and motivated. My aim is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them better understand how they learn and approach challenges with confidence.
