I Identify and select appropriate resources to meet each student’s needs and use integrated worksheets to vary lessons and consolidate concepts. My students all have designated files which I keep in a specific file structure. I run a cv clinic for my mature students as well as assisting them with their job applications and offer interview support. I also provided lessons via Skype when on placement abroad.
