In class, I always make the effort of understanding what are the goals and interests of all students, as well as their own skills. This way we can address the issues at hand more effectively and make sure the student never loses his/her interest and focus in music and his/her instrument. I believe that an honest and friendly relationship between teacher and student is essential for this exchange of ideas to happen more clearly and fluently, and so I do my best to make everyone feel comfortable enough to share their own thoughts freely.

Classical Guitar Lessons for beginners and intermediate playersI've been teaching for more than six years now and I managed to come up with an easy and approachable method for anyone who wants to learn the ways of this beautiful instrument.
I started playing the guitar at the age of twelve years old, thru high school and that eventually led me to the National Conservatory of Bucharest, Romania, where I refined my playing and begun teaching.
I am gonna encourage you every step of the way with much needed advice on the right technique, score reading, so that you quickly gain confidence in your playing.
I put a high importance on technique and theory because these two aspect, as well as your daily practice, are what will make you have fast progress and thus loads of fun along the way.

Piano Lessons with two Grand Pianos. Preparations for ABRSM and Competition. There are two grand pianos at the location. There will be enough distance between the student and the teacher.
For children it is important to develop basic musical skill through Singing, Rythmique and Ear training besides the piano playing. I use one technical exercise book, a main text book and a theory book. Through these 3 books students learn different aspects of music and they naturally get ready for exams and grade.
After acquiring basic skills, students study Harmony and Chord exercise too. These are useful for playing pops and jazz, and they obtain deeper understanding of classical pieces too.
Private Piano lesson, from age 4 above. Children can start the lesson after being able to read the number from 1 to 5 and alphabet from A to G.
Advanced students who wants to prepare for competitions, auditions, ABRSM, GCSE, IB exams or the entrance exam of conservatory.
Concert is held annually together with students of flute, violin and composition teachers.
For the age 1-7 years, I have group Rhythmique lessons.

Flute Lessons - with Joy, Beauty, Stories and History Facts! We all need something in our lives that sparks joy, rewards commitment, and brings people together; why not access this through music?
As a teacher, I love seeing students feel joy at playing the flute and making their first sounds when they understand how a composer wrote their music and when I share some fun history facts to help inspire interpretation.
Ultimately this class is for those who want to improve their skills on flutes of various kinds - modern flute (dwarsfluit), baroque flute (traverso), and recorder (blokfluit). It includes a range of beginner musicians until advanced, younger children and senior adults. You can choose which music you want to play or I can help you select some pieces.
More specific instructions in the lessons will center around; how best to interpret and express a piece of music, which flute techniques are required for this expression, and how this relates to the human body.
It can be difficult for students to meet each other, so when possible within COVID regulations, I like to organize an end of term concert for my private students so we can build the music community together.
