I am a former IB student having taken Math, Physics and Chemistry at Higher Level (HL). I rather enjoyed these subjects and wish to channel my passion to my students, helping them reach the highest result that they deserve. I have good knowledge of the IB course structure and database, so can definitely help any grade in this subject to improve.

I also took Economics SL, having sufficient knowledge to help students following the SL course.

My classes consist of theory, where I will provide special know-how, and practical where I review problems with my students.

As well as traveling to the student's desired location, I am able to give lessons via Skype.

Throughout my years of teaching I feel like I’ve developed an intuition for what a student needs. Being a student myself, I am well aware of the obstacles that can be faced in developing a skill or a set of knowledge.

Myself, I rather enjoy teaching - love to be helpful. I have encountered wonderful teachers throughout school which really inspired me and allowed me to structure my thoughts much more effectively. Thereby, I am willing to help you as much as I have been helped earlier to approach success. Besides, with no doubt is success individual for everyone and what truly matters is progress.

A big priority that cannot be ignored by me is openness. Always ask questions! This is crucial for growth. Discussion in my classes is always encouraged, since there is always room for clarification as concepts become challenging.

Let’s face it - we are all different. What matters is finding a learning approach that suits you 100% of the time. For this reason, my first lesson and a couple to follow will be dedicated to identifying these needs for you. There will be plenty of verbal interaction and feedback. After a couple of sessions, a well structured lesson plan will be developed where the key focus is productivity and getting real comfortable with the content. All this is respective to subject level.

I offer comprehensive Maths lessons, and since 2018, I have been tutoring 20/40 students on a weekly basis. Additionally, I have been teaching Maths at the International School of The Hague since 2019. I have taken Mathematics classes in primary, middle, and high school in Poland. When studying abroad in the USA I also took a Precalculus class. Studying, now, at Leiden University College I have also completed a Statistics course. I have learned a variety of topics in mathematics, whether it would be fractions, basic multiplications, divisions, graphs, quadratic equations, and many more. During my final year of high school, taking the International Baccalaureate Program and Mathematics Analysis and Approaches Standard Level, I received a 6 on the final exam. I would be able to tutor in preparation for exams, school work, basic comprehension, or better understanding of topics, or if one wants to expand their knowledge beyond what is required at school.

Even though Mathematics can be logical and intuitive, at times it is also very complex and requires a lot of training to comprehend it. I believe teaching through practice is the best way to learn. Repetition is key to learning effectively, this way we may memorize the acquired knowledge for longer and successfully become more comfortable in mathematics.
