Straight forward acting, audition, & drama school entrance coaching by drama school graduate and prior audition panelist. Can help with producing, directing, acting and public speaking.

My sessions are all about creating a safe, comfortable and fun environment for us to explore your piece. I'm also happy to help suggest pieces and find the one that's right for you.

I like to pull from multiple techniques and ways of working to adapt my approach to best fit you.

If you've ever felt acting coaching or training can be too pompous, complicated, or abstract then my sessions might be for you as I look to avoid this! I strive to ensure all of the work we do will be grounded in reality and practically useful for your performance or audition.

As a communications proifessional I also offer classes on public speaking/presentation skills.

About Me

After graduating from Drama Centre London and performing and producing within the UK my career in theatre has taken me all over the world, from running the only professional English language theatre company in Vietnam to conducting workshops in Bangladesh and performances in China.

I have taught acting and public speaking at drama schools and privately to children, young adults and professional actors. Around 90% of the drama school applicants I have taught have gone on to attend accredited drama schools.

I have an enhanced DBS certificate and am a co-founder and course leader for ActingUnlocked.co.uk

I truly think learning Spanish has to be enjoyable and challenging (positively) and my aim is to create a fun and positive learning environment in which you can really thrive, feel confident and tranquilo.

I like to approach my students to grammar structures and cultural comprehension of the language by a variety of methods and sources such as images, videos, interviews, audios, etc. and adjust exercises of reading, listening and conversation to topics related to their particular interests and personal motivations.

Languages are becoming more and more essential to solidify a good understanding and communication of this world’s constant change. Therefore, Spanish, being one of the most popular language, becomes an important tool. In order to speak it, the class is composed by grammar, vocabulary, listening and speaking. Depending on the time and frequency, the student will be be able to articulate thoughts and write them.
It is vital that the language is spoken, hence, depending on the student’s level, the class will be provided in Spanish and English (swapping when necessary).

This class is for students who require assistance with editing academic or other work.

My goal is to improve the English content of students' written work as well as grammar. I will provide constructive feedback to enable students to develop their writing. This class will be offered for GCSE English onwards and includes university dissertations and other pieces of written work.

As a native speaker in both languages and as a linguaphile who took interest in learning other languages such as Spanish and Arabic, I am aware of the struggles that might come with attempting to learn a new language. I use hybrid techniques borrowing breath control and root note awareness techniques from Kriya yoga; intonation from Western pitch systems, and grounded breathing & performance styles that borrow from Indian raaga music. My singing and vocal techniques, as a professional artist, have been influenced by an eclectic blend of Pop, Blues Rock, Folk, World, and Jazz.

As an actor myself, I know how scary auditions/Drama School auditions can be.
