I am a singer-songwriter and I have a wealth of knowledge within the music industry plus over a decade of experience in live performance and touring. I am enthusiastic and passionate about all of my students and I tailor my lessons to any specification whether that is learning how to write a song or improving/ completing a song, advice on furthering a career within the music industry plus vocal training for all vocal styles.
I train in all vocal styles from pop to jazz to musical theatre and I always deliver fantastic results. Whether you are looking to enhance your stage performance, combat stage anxiety, develop your vocal range or your ability to achieve riffs and runs, etc., write music or simply to develop your ears in order to perform your piece of music accurately, please do not hesitate to contact me for a first lesson.

About Me

I am a very kind and supportive teacher who has a compassionate and caring spirit with all of my students, plus a sense of fun and humour. I am friendly and will put you at ease but
I'm not afraid of pushing you past your limitations in order to encourage you to grow as a musician! I will encourage you to practice your instrument/writing and will give you the tools to know how to practice effectively for your goal.
I have had a successful career within the music industry after being signed to Universal Music and published as a songwriter by EMI. I also have a keen knowledge of and interest in the human vocal cord anatomy.

My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education.
My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals.
As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs.
