About Me
I am a dynamic art teacher, having specialised in SEN, primary, Forest School and Coastal education previously. I can teach a broad range of art and craft classes to suit a theme and fit into any subject within the National Curriculum. I am passionate about the environment and encourage use of found and upcycled objects in making art. I am always keen to put on a pair of wellies and either forest forage or beach comb and create from what I find. If I can collect waste plastics at the same time then this really adds purpose to time spent in nature. I am involved with a number of environmental organisations whose work supports nature conservation, especially that of our coasts and oceans. I am an ambassador for the Outer Hebrides for the charity Engage Arts and a member of Curator Space.
