I teach classical guitar up to grade 7.

The purpose of this course is to bring students closer to a conservatory experience, where learning is not limited to "how-to" tutorials and lectures. Through a series of lessons customised according to your needs, assignments, and working with me on tasks, you will develop a great load of skills in classical guitar performance as well as a deep understanding of the classical guitar repertoire.

I focus on the western classical guitar repertoire from Renaissance to the 21st century (for example works of Dowland, Narvaez, Bach, Giuliani, Scarlatti, Carcassi, Tarrega, Villa-Lobos, Brouwer, Koshkin etc). Not only will we focus on the technical aspects of playing the guitar, but we will also analyse and use tools of music theory in order for you to deeply understand and be able to demonstrate your personal character in your performance.

My name's Luca and I've been a full-time professional musician for the past 10 years. I mainly work as a session musician and recording artist/producer, and also as a private guitar tutor.

This class is specific to children as it fosters a love of music and music creation via easy-to-learn and play tunes, notation reading and developing ear skills. Learning music and guitar at a young age is a wonderful way to learn a new skill which boosts confidence, teaches effort and rewards relationships, creates discipline, and helps children take pride in their achievements and performances.

We will learn the fundamentals of playing the guitar, focusing on developing good techniques across both the left and right hand enabling faster growth and easier self-directed study. Hi, I’m Hugh – a qualified and experienced musician with a Bachelor’s Degree and Honours in Music Performance and Production from The London Centre of Contemporary Music. With over ten years of experience as a guitarist and vocalist, I’ve had the privilege of performing across the UK in several touring bands. My musical journey has seen me perform in genres ranging from funk, indie, to rock.

I am an experienced guitar tutor teaching lessons face-to-face and online. I also cater to groups. I have been a musician for over 20 years and have been teaching guitar for over 10 years, giving me a vast range of knowledge, teaching methodologies, and learning resources.

This class is specific to children as it fosters a love of music and music creation via easy-to-learn and play tunes, notation reading and developing ear skills. Learning music and guitar at a young age is a wonderful way to learn a new skill which boosts confidence, teaches effort and rewards relationships, creates discipline, and helps children take pride in their achievements and performances.

We will learn the fundamentals of playing the guitar, focusing on developing good techniques across both the left and right hand enabling faster growth and easier self-directed study. We will learn a selection of short tunes/melodies, chords and some sight reading. Grades are an option for those interested but my main aim is to bring the joy of guitar to the lessons! I'm Chris - a London-based multi-instrumentalist with years of real-world experience as a performer, musical director, and bandleader. Since 2015, I’ve taught over 100 students - from 6-year-old beginners to seasoned musicians - helping them grow their skills, boost their confidence, and connect more deeply with the music they love.

I’ve played bass for 80s legends Talk Talk, bass and keyboards for renowned tribute band Guns 2 Roses on national and European tours, been a musical supervisor and musical director for national theatre productions, and shared stages with cast members from Les Misérables, Book of Mormon, Dear Evan Hansen, Mamma Mia, and more.
