Hello! / Bonjour ! / Ciao! / Merhaba!

Are you looking to improve your English for university, career advancement, school exams, or everyday conversation? I am here to help you reach your goals with personalized, engaging, and highly effective lessons.

I am a Master's student at UNIL, holding a BA in English Literature and the Cambridge CELTA certification. I have over 5 years of professional teaching experience working with children, teenagers, and adults across all language levels (A1 to C2).

Because I speak French, Italian, and Turkish, I understand how different native speakers learn English and also have difficulties learning it. I can easily explain tricky grammar rules using comparisons you will actually understand!

What I Offer:
Academic Support: Help with school homework, gymnastics/maturité prep, or UNIL/EPFL university assignments.

Exam Preparation: Focused training for Cambridge (PET, FCE, CAE), IELTS, or TOEFL exams.

Conversation & Fluency: Boosting your confidence, perfecting your pronunciation, and expanding your vocabulary.

Business & Professional English: Interview prep, resume polishing, and professional presentation skills.

My Teaching Approach:
- No two students are the same. I tailor every single lesson to your specific pace, interests, and goals. I focus on creating a supportive, interactive environment where you feel completely comfortable making mistakes and growing your confidence.

Lessons can take place online, at the UNIL campus, or at a convenient location in Lausanne. Feel free to send me a message to discuss your goals. Let's make learning English enjoyable and stress-free!

Hi! My name is Losel, I'm an IB graduate who scored 7 in both Math AA HL and Physics HL. I've just graduated magna cum laude with a double bachelor in mathematics and physics from École Polytechnique (Paris) and am now doing a master's in Quantum Science and Engineering at EPFL.

I offer one-on-one online tutoring, with an iPad and camera setup so we can work through problems together in real time, just like in person. I can help with:

Concepts: Going through your lectures and building intuition, clearing up the hard concepts.

Exercises and past papers: Understanding the exercises (best way to get a good grade btw), as well as exam strategy and how to solve problems faster.

IA and EE: choosing a strong topic, structuring the paper, and refining drafts.

University applications: personal statements, choosing programs, mock technical interviews, and how to maximize your chances to get into a top uni.

I've been through the IB myself, so I know where it gets tough and how to succeed through it. No two students need the same thing, so we'll set clear goals together and work toward them at your pace.

I teach in English, but I also have a C1 in French, so we can mix. I also speak Portuguese and Danish fluently.

Message me for a first chat!
