Holder of the Specialized Master of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, a Master of Teaching in Mons, and a Master of Quartet in Leuven, I have experience as a teacher in private and group lessons for more than 15 years, in parallel with an international career with my string quartet. I welcome students from the age of four to adults. I have a real passion for transmitting my love of music, and I like to have a creative, playful and holistic approach to teaching. I also play the piano and often use it for aural training or to accompany my students (or do violin duets). I do believe that music is not just for competitions or exams but a skill for life that can bring tremendous joy, discoveries, friends and fun along the way. Learning an instrument is also a great way to foster different qualities such as patience, diligence, presence, resilience, deep listening and the ability to express and share our emotions with others.

Having explored many different violin methods and styles, I take a different approach according to each student.
