English as a Second Language (ESL) Lessons for Any Level!

Are you looking for a qualified English teacher from England? You have the possibility to improve your English while being supervised by your teacher. My classes are based on a variety of exercises that target grammar, vocabulary, conjugation, written and oral expression, but also comprehension. I offer students different types of media (videos, texts, audios, news articles, extracts from films or series) in order to make learning more fun. The main idea being to learn the language but also the English-speaking culture and possibly new notions on different themes that affect several areas of the English-speaking world. The courses are adapted from the primary level to the license. Each course unit is made up of several chapters which will give rise to an evaluation at the end of the unit programme. The objective being to evaluate the evolution of the student as the units studied progress. Classes can be provided face-to-face and/or remotely. The progress of the course as well as the personal work expected from the student vary according to the objectives and profiles of each student. To find out more about my background: Being in the first year of a master's degree in English studies, holder of an English Spanish LEA license with international label with honors, I also studied abroad for 6 months as part of my studies. During my studies, I obtained a CLES certification (Certificate of competence in languages of higher education) as well as the First Cambridge. In addition, over the past three years, I have had the opportunity to provide private lessons in English but also in Spanish (I can also help with homework from primary level to college if necessary). Thus, English takes a major place in my daily life and thanks to this course, I would now like to make these years of study useful by transmitting the knowledge that I have been able to accumulate up to this day. I will therefore be happy to help improve the language for those who want to develop their language skills.

Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning in a positive state of mind. I offer individual or group Latin lessons (2 to 5 people). The methods are based on cognitive sciences and in particular historical linguistics. What will not be the subject of the course: learn lists of verbs; learn lists of nouns with their gender; learn words with their translations; memory card game; doing school exercises; follow the program in a notebook; impose French grammar on the Latin language. What matters to me in particular: motivate my student and give him a learning rhythm; encourage creativity; make friends with language; letters and their sounds strengthen your memory by working on the phonological loop; teach construction plans instead of having people learn sentences by heart; explain how the language works to make my student independent as quickly as possible; breaking preconceived ideas such as the gammatical gender would have a link with the biological gender, the accusative would be a direct complement and the dative an indirect complement, the verbs would be irregular, the declension would be random and therefore to be learned with each verb... ; place practice at the center and articulate grammar around practice.
