About Me
I am a coach in mind-body activities: yoga, pilates, etc. Author of free movement in consciousness. I have a basic dance background, during which I received my first yoga and pilates classes. I subsequently prepared certificates in these disciplines. I am multilingual (Fr, Ar, Eng, German, Sp).
I started teaching at the Migros club (Switzerland), then in other establishments.
I regularly give courses and intensive training courses in Marrakech and other cities in Morocco.
And in my spare time I strum my guitar, and sometimes I write songs.
Coaching/transmitting and seeing my students/coachees develop gives me pleasure, and then it is a recognition/a continuation of what other enthusiasts have transmitted to me with love. May you enjoy it.

Hello,

You want to learn yoga to maintain your body, awaken your daily energy, improve your ability to concentrate and reap all the benefits.
I have been a yoga teacher since 2009, a certified mindfulness meditation coach, and artistic director at Movart'studio in Marrakech.
I help you and accompany you gradually towards your well-being, physical, psychic and spiritual.
I mainly teach Hatha yoga. You have the choice between a group lesson (more economical and in a group of homogeneous level) or a private lesson online or at home, for those who want an individual follow-up.
Book your first session, and judge for yourself the quality of my course.

Namaste,

Individual or group class ( 20 people maximum), the classes are taking place outdoors or indoors, on a Yoga mat, without or with the help of numerous accessories, balls, blocks, circles, and rollers. I teach Yin yoga or Hatha yoga and Pilates, Let's start in your mat right now.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin involves long-held poses, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. The focus is on passive stretching and finding stillness, which encourages the release of tension and promotes flexibility.
Yin yoga poses are usually done on the floor, and practitioners are encouraged to relax their muscles, allowing gravity to do the work. This practice fosters a meditative mindset, helping to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.
Benefits of Yin yoga include improved joint mobility, increased circulation, and a sense of calm. It's a great complement to more vigorous styles of yoga or workouts, providing balance and promoting overall well-being.

Hatha Yoga links postures much faster than Yin yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscle elasticity. It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.
In Hatha yoga, the pace is typically moderate, allowing practitioners to explore poses deeply and develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes may vary in style and intensity, but they generally emphasize mindfulness and connection to breath.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, and core stability, it emphasizes controlled movements, breathing techniques, and awareness of body alignment.
Pilates can be practiced on a mat or using specialized equipment, such as the Reformer, which adds resistance to exercises. The core is the primary focus, but Pilates also targets various muscle groups throughout the body.
Key benefits of Pilates include improved strength, better posture, increased flexibility, and enhanced body awareness. It’s suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be adapted for rehabilitation or athletic training.
