After an initial consult and assessment, sessions are tailor made to suit all levels and goals by a qualified trainer specialising in strength and conditioning with over 12 years coaching experience. No equipment at home is necessary.

About Me
I am a qualified personal trainer and aerial circus coach with over 12 years coaching experience and have taught classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions for clients of all ages and abilities.
I offer personalised programme design tailor made to suit your fitness level and individual aspirations. After an inital consult and biomechanical assessment, sessions will focus on developing both confidence and technical competency in functional movement and strength. Through regular training we will increase mobility and flexibilty, consolidate fundamental movement skills, regain postural and core control and increase strength and metabolic fitness.
I am experienced in rehabilitation work and sports conditioning and have worked with clients regaining fitness and mobility post surgery and illness and those with health conditions.
I also offer small group training and can teach online or outdoors and in the studio once gyms reopen.
